Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items up to thirty (30) days post delivery. Items which have been used, modified, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return. Take care to read all product leaflets, tags, and manuals as some products have special warranty and return policies. To open a return or exchange request, please contact us.
Unless otherwise noted, most sized products are eligible for one (1) free courtesy exchange up to thirty (30) days post delivery. Subsequent exchanges may require additional payments towards roundtrip postage.
In cases where an item is returned for a voluntary refund, ECC will deduct return postage and handling (billed at cost) from the refund amount.
International returns and exchanges (Outside of CONUS/USPS domestic postal service area) must be sent via postage paid at the customer's expense.
Loss and Damage In Transit
If any part of your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect/missing products, please notify customer service within seven (7) days of delivery so ECC can rectify the issue.
Please record photos of damage whenever possible. DO NOT attempt to repair or rectify the issue with the item, as this may void your warranty coverage.
If you believe your package was falsely marked as delivered and is missing, please contact customer service within ten (10) days of delivery so we can open an insurance claim on your behalf. To avoid unnecessary claims, ECC requests that you contact your carrier and check with neighbors before reaching out to our team.
If you believe your order has been lost in transit by the carrier, and your order has been in transit for more than fourteen (14) days, please contact customer support so our team can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Undeliverable Orders
If your package is marked undeliverable and returned to us, our support staff will reach out to the email address associated with your order.
After two failed attempts to contact you, ECC will process a return and refund your order less a 20% restocking fee.
Product Availability
We encourage all customers seeking out of stock items to sign up for back-in-stock notifications on product pages. These alerts automatically notify ECC staff, and ensure that all restocks go directly to waiting customers.
